Agreement

By downloading or using minim kids, you agree to these terms. minim kids is published by Supermode d.o.o., a company registered in Croatia.

The App

minim kids is a radio streaming application designed for children. It provides access to curated radio stations. The app requires an internet connection to function. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or content of third-party radio streams.

Purchases

minim kids offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full app experience as it exists at the time of purchase, permanently on the purchasing device. A 7-day free trial is provided on first launch. As the app evolves, future features, content packs, or major additions may be offered as separate purchases. All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

Children’s Privacy

minim kids is designed for children ages 5 and under and complies with COPPA. We do not collect any personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Content

Radio stations available in the app are curated for children, but we cannot guarantee that all content broadcast by third-party stations is appropriate at all times. Parental supervision is recommended.

Limitation of Liability

minim kids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or the content of third-party radio streams.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
