Privacy Policy — minim kids

Overview

minim kids is designed for children ages 5 and under. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category requirements. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Data We Collect

None. The app does not collect any data from its users. There are no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no device identifiers, and no tracking of any kind.

Network Requests

The app makes two types of network requests:

• Fetching station lists from our API (no user identifiers sent)
• Streaming audio from third-party radio station URLs

No device ID, advertising identifier, or any form of user identifier is included in any network request.

On-Device Storage

The following data is stored locally on the device only:

• Parental PIN (4-digit code, stored in UserDefaults)
• Selected country codes
• Last played station ID
• Trial start date (stored in iOS Keychain)
• Purchase status (managed by Apple StoreKit)

Third-Party Services

minim kids does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only external service is Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases, which is managed entirely by Apple.

Parental Controls

Access to app settings, external links, and purchase functionality requires entering a 4-digit parental PIN. This PIN is stored only on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.
