Acceptance

By downloading or using minim, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Your License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use minim on your Apple devices. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Subscriptions

minim Pro is available as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Radio Content

minim provides access to third-party radio streams. We don't own, control, or take responsibility for the content broadcast by these stations. Stream availability depends on external servers we don't operate.

Limitation of Liability

minim is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using minim at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia and the European Union. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website.
