How does the free trial work?

Every new install includes a 7-day free trial of the full app. After the trial, a single one-time purchase unlocks everything forever on that device — no subscriptions.

I forgot my parental PIN. What now?

If you've forgotten the PIN, delete the app and reinstall it. This resets the PIN. You won't lose your purchase — it's tied to your Apple ID.

Can I add my own stations?

Not yet — all stations in minim kids are hand-picked by us to make sure content is age-appropriate. If there's a station you'd love to see, email us and we'll consider adding it.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase you'd like to refund.
